feel the above criticism is
rather unfair and so we felt,
for the first time, that we
should post this response. This
client had requested an estimate
as a guide over the phone and
the actual quote came out approx
10% higher due to a larger
volume than had originally been
expected. The client accepted
the quote and paid for the move
in advance. After the move this
client complained that the
estimate given over the phone
didn't match the quote. However,
the client was aware of the
charges prior to booking and was
free to contract another mover
but instead chose to use us. We
are happy to show any
prospective clients the full
file of this move (excluding the
clients private information) if
required as the above is not an
accurate portrayal of us and
we're happy to prove this.
